The developer is touting this as a green development, but there is nothing green about 20 fossil-fuel pumps, blasting adjacent to a highly contaminated Superfund site, risking drinking water that comes from this aquifer, or a 1-year 4-month quarrying operation. Furthermore, although the developer says the main tenant will be an electric vehicle showroom, zoning approvals are for BUILDINGS, not particular TENANTS.
